Upgraded to the X670E TUF with 32 gigabytes of 6400MHz RAM, currently running at 4800MHz for stability and paired with a 7800X3D chipset. What’s causing this unusual performance?

Check his channel for the latest build—features a hero board sized 7950x3d. Booting requires RAM at 4000 MHz, and there’s no XMP support so far. He hasn’t discovered a solution yet.
