I placed an order for two 2x16 drives, each 32GB with 3200MHz speeds. I’m hoping this will make a difference.

I've upgraded to a 32GB RAM setup and everything is functioning perfectly. The CPU usage has dropped significantly—only about 20% now compared to the previous 90-100%. Many games run much smoother and more efficiently, with no stutters or performance issues. It's truly amazing how a change in RAM can make such a difference.
