I recently enhanced some components in my computer. I switched from an i5-6600k to an i5-9600k and upgraded the graphics card from a 1060 6gb to a RTX 2060. When I attempted to turn it on, it shut off right away after checking and removing parts. After replacing the CPU with my original i5-6600k, everything functions properly. Are there any BIOS updates or compatibility concerns for this configuration? Could the CPU itself be faulty?

I have a preference for ASUS components due to their BIOS, so I suggest choosing the ASUS Z390-A. If you're looking for a more budget-friendly option with solid VRMs, the Gigabyte Z390-UD is a great alternative.
