The question is about determining the maximum original character development one can achieve while maintaining good performance on an H60.

It's purely chance. My estimate is roughly 4.8 to 9ghz, though you could reach 5.0 and maybe only 4.5

I'm testing a Cryorig H7 air cooler at 4.8 with temperatures between 60-70 on load, planning to buy a H60 with a push-pull setup. Expecting around mid 40 to upper 50 on load, which matches what the videos are displaying.

According to the title, I'm curious about the maximum OCR I can achieve while maintaining good performance on an H60. My current specs are 4.7 ghz, 1.18 volts, 29c idle at 50 load.

I'm seeing 5Ghz with a vcore bump of +0.03 on my H60. It's performing consistently well in both Windows and OS X Hackintosh environments. Idling at around 35°C, load reaches up to 65°C—significantly hotter than my 6600K but still manageable given the overclock.
