There's no guarantee. But the odds of it working fine are in your favor as DDR4-3200 is the rated spec for the 5600, so it's in spec to use four sticks at that frequency. I was in a similar place to you, and bought a 2x16GB DDR4-3000 kit to add to my system. It has been fine - more than that, I even overclock them. I've got all 4 running stable at DDR4-3333. As for where to put them, space them out - so 8-16-8-16 or 16-8-16-8. This way, you get 24GB in each channel.
