No, performance will be reduced to half the claimed rate unless you have XMP enabled or are checking the actual CPU speeds.

They seem to be micron e dies, which I’ve heard a lot about. The voltage for 3600 cl16 is 1.35v, so even if it doesn’t match perfectly with the docp, you can adjust it to work.

DDR means double data rate. Your memory will operate at 1800 MHz, though it displays 3600 MHz. Each RAM module supports this feature.

It's the MCLK, the real clock speed for the memory we employ. Since we use Double Data Rate memories, we simply halve the value to determine it.
