Your FTW3 in the X299 Dark is running smoothly. Trying a DDU and reinstalling the driver might help if you're experiencing issues.

It's great to share a similar configuration. Every time I power on the PC, I hear four beeps followed by standard codes and it starts up. Also, could you let me know what your LEDs look like above the motherboard, with the numbering? The first one is red for me.

Check the tech power-up reviews; they show low ratings below 5%. Do you have another GPU or board available for testing? Have you checked every slot? It might be a faulty GPU or board.
