Can we maintain a minimum of 60 frames per second without increasing the CPU speed?

to hit 60 FPS (MAX SETTINGS) without overclocking presently you'll need a GTX 1070 SLI or a Titan Pascal. I understand you have an Intel CPU, but which one would be best? If you have a processor older than Haswell i7-4770k / i7-4790k (even if it's still decent), you might face limitations with some AAA games. Graphics card upgrades offer 3-4 times the performance per generation versus CPU improvements. This bottleneck in AAA titles is quite common when the CPU is CPU-bound, of course.

Various factors influence performance, so achieving 60 FPS might not be straightforward.
