The two options are quite similar. I’d pick the more affordable one and use any extra cash for your gaming card. The 3500X was also well-liked in India, which suggests Bangladesh and other South Asian markets likely had it too.

It offers much faster performance (+200 MHz overall), and SMT could deliver more than a 50% improvement. (My Athlon 3000G shows around +68% in CPU-Z, though this depends on the task.) The main drawback is with applications that don’t handle SMT well, leading to fewer results, plus reduced cache size.
