That's correct—it doesn't generate dump files, and these issues occur not only on Windows but also in BIOS. Whenever it freezes, it lacks the time to send any updates or logs, which is why it can't restart automatically.

Tonight I had to relocate some files while using my computer. Nothing happened at first, but a few minutes later I switched to my phone. There was no program running, even in the background. My AIO fans weren’t spinning either, and their fan curve was off below 45 degrees. The screen displayed a blue screen with an error saying "INTERNAL POWER PROBLEM." I checked again but didn’t find any dumps this time. I’ll look for a dump if it exists and share it here. I haven’t seen any BSOD messages, and the event viewer only noted the PC was shut down unexpectedly.

It won’t produce dump files during freezes, only BSODs appear. Make sure your system is configured to create small memory dumps. If drive encryption is enabled, it prevents dump generation. When a page file size is set manually and is insufficient, dumps can’t be made (requires a size greater than available RAM). If these conditions are met yet no dumps appear, storage issues are likely the cause.

here is a zip file that sensitive generated, but here is a thing, BSOD is supposed to complete its dump and then restart, but it will not in my case, even the percentage of it will always be at 0 and never moves, and no matter how long ill wait it won't reboot and I have to hard reset every time I had my CPU at 4.1 and last week it was more stable, I had 48 hours without a crash and now it won't reach 10 I checked dump folders and only dumps there were for last month and I'm pretty sure they were because of unstable OC rather than this problem that I'm having it'll be awesome if you can check these files and let me know if there is anything I can do thanks SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip

These signs all indicate the CPU is being affected, suggesting the overclocking is responsible.

Try adjusting other settings beyond just clock speed and voltage. Sometimes tweaking power management or thermal controls helps improve stability.

While working, did you enhance your BIOS to the newest release? I encountered problems with an Asus H87 last weekend when trying to connect to a 4790K, and the BIOS was the problem. The solution involved forcing a BIOS upgrade through Windows to match versions where known issues exist during EZ flash updates.

I checked the newest updates from 2016 but refreshed it with the latest patch. I'm waiting to observe the outcomes.

Reflashing bios didn't make much difference. I ran it once for 24 hours, then it mostly stayed active for 8 or 9 hours without any crashes. Recently, I woke up to see it had been running for about 9 hours and 34 minutes. I was away for 5 minutes, and it froze when I returned.
