I was seeking a secure and reliable overclocking method that won’t harm my CPU. I’ve never done it before and wanted to explore options. My cooler is the Cooler Master V8, I’m using an MSI gaming 7 motherboard, and my graphics card is a 780Ti. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. I’m hoping to boost performance without risking my CPU’s lifespan.

Overclocking always reduces a CPU's lifespan, but this particular adjustment shouldn't be too damaging. It should be safe for your CPUs duration: 4.6Ghz clock at 1.291v should work well. If temperatures exceed 80°C, turn off the OC immediately.
