4.5ghz performance with Ryzen 5 3600
I'm curious about possible thermal throttling affecting performance. The reported score seems lower than anticipated. At 4.2, the score is 1681, which translates to around 4.34 GHz when scaled up—slightly below the expected 4.5 GHz. This could indicate suboptimal conditions or cooling. CB15 is known for good scalability, so it should perform reasonably well with appropriate core count and clock speeds. Stability at such high speeds would be a strong indicator of effective cooling, while instability might point to insufficient thermal management.
It fits the expectations more closely. I attempted additional stresses to verify stability.
I don’t have personal preferences, but you might want to explore popular options in your area of need. What do you require?
download aida64 and run a stress test download unigen heaven and run the benchmark 2,3 consecutive times download 3DMark and run the benchmark 2,3 times Download PCmark and run the benchmark 2,3 times Download memtest86 for windows 10 and run it once Download prime95 for windows 10 and run it for 10 to 20 minutes or so. Also go here https://lichess.org/l1gVxltM/black (this is a player I quickly pawned just for this post hahaha ) scroll with your mouse will so that a few moves will be played and then wait a little until you see a blue "+" sign on the top right on the window click it and then wait a little then scroll the mouse again and do the same do that for like 10 minutes If your system bsod at some point it may not necessarily mean that its unstable (since with everyday use you may not encounter the same conditions) but its better to tell us what happened (which tool after how many minutes and the temps and what the error code was) to be sure if its not something to worry about if it passes everything then its rock solid (atleast under your current room temperature, summer is coming so in that case things may change)
