That’s an extremely high voltage I reached—90°C on my 3900x at 1.375V.
testing "danger" voltage levels just to push CPU limits won't harm it for weeks (likely). Lowering it in cooler conditions helps, though actual game performance at your settings may not hit 73°C. You're probably fine, but the real value of a 100MHz boost in games isn't clear.
The 3600 reaches comparable temperatures at 1.38v and 4.5GHz. Avoid applying such high voltage to the 3900x.
