You're only achieving 45fps despite having a GTX 1080 Ti and an i5 8600K. Try optimizing settings, reducing game resolution, or checking for driver updates. Also, ensure your GPU drivers are up to date.

Is there an option for render resolution or resolution scale that's turned up? If so you'd be rendering at a higher resolution that 1080p.
