I don't understand why it might be acting strangely in the simplest game compared to others like Valorant, but I’m experiencing sudden freezes lasting about 3-5 seconds. This isn’t happening in CS2, CP2077, MW3 or other titles. It seems Valorant runs very slowly for a few seconds before resuming normally, then freezing again. Is this a known problem with your 4070Ti? Or is there something I’m doing incorrectly? I’m using a X470-F, R9 5900X, and 32GB RAM.

You're experiencing the same problem again. I attempted to disable ReBAR, adjusted the RAM speed, and even reduced the GPU clock, but the issue persists.
