So I have a 400-watt power supply unit for my -
Asus rtx 2060, Msi z370 a pro, I3 8100 (waiting on i5 9600k), 16 gb DDR4 2666 MHz. I’m wondering if switching to an i5 9600k will require a new power supply? I’ve been gaming on this setup with the 400-watt PSU, but I’m not sure if it’s sufficient. Is it enough for the i5 9600k which draws 95 watts?

Get a better PSU right away! Change it now before taking any further actions.

If I get the 9400f it should work since I believe it's 65 watts and the i3 8100 is also 65 watts, everything should be okay.

Make = Manufacture
What model is it? EVGA offers a wide range of different models.

I'm with drivinfast247, your next upgrade should be a better PSU then look at further upgrades.
