The EZ is a four-pin MOSFET that should be connected to your PSU, not in any of the adapters. You don’t need it or the six-pin version. Just trust me—I’ve got two OC’d 2080 Tis and never had to use extra power. Spoiler: it works fine.

It comes with the PSU, not mobo. Yes. I'm sure it's just an internal communication problem, those who wrote the user's manual arent the engineer's who designed such thing. This is actually a nice thought because many high end PSUs only have 2 CPU 8pin.
