Recently assembled PC with these specifications: Windows 11 64bit, Ryzen 7 5600x, Aorus Elite B650 AX Deepcool ak 620 G.Skill Flare DDR5 32Gb, RTX 4070 Ti. Seasonic 850W power supply. Boot sequence starts on CPU briefly, then to DRAM for a second, and finally VGA for five seconds—during which the boot light flashes. The system operates normally with no visible problems; lights remain off while using it. Initially, the VGA light stayed on during startup. After enabling CMS support in legacy mode, the issue reappeared. I’m uncertain if this needs fixing and would greatly appreciate your assistance. Please let me know if you need more details!
