Hello, I've been facing this problem for a while now: after playing the game for some time, the screen freezes eventually, even though the audio keeps playing. When I look into the crash log, it mentions a d3d11.dll issue with an Access Violation (0xc0000005) in module d3d11.dll at address 0033:2e6f98a0. I've uninstalled my NVIDIA drivers using DDU and installed the newest versions, including those from 2020, 2019, 2018, but it didn't help. I've also checked dxdiag and my DirectX is up to date. I've installed the latest VC_redist and NET Framework versions. CrystalDiskInfo shows no problems, and GPUMemTest reports no errors with my GPU. Memtest86 passed the RAM tests, and sfc /scannow found no issues.

I've tried common fixes for Genshin Online, such as ensuring Windows 8 compatibility, enabling fullscreen mode, verifying game files, reinstalling/reinstalling, adjusting the game resolution, etc.

The game's minimum requirements are: CPU – Intel Core i5, Storage – 30GB, GPU – Nvidia GeForce 1030, RAM – 8GB, DirectX – version 11.

Here are my specifications:
Asrock A320M Pro4 R2.0 Performance Results - UserBenchmark
I believe I should be able to play the game without any issues.

I've found these logs:
error.log - Pastebin.com
and
Paste.ee - output_log
.
Thank you in advance.

Consider disconnecting from the internet.
Reinstall the driver via DDU once more.
Remove all processors from the device manager (ensure it shows 12 for your system).
Restart the PC and enter BIOS, updating to the most recent version.
Download the files, extract them onto a flash drive, and insert it into the rear USB port.
Power on the system and install the newest AMD Chipset driver.
Reboot again, then select the AMD Ryzen Balanced Power Plan in the power settings.
Install the latest NVIDIA driver.
Verify Windows updates and any optional updates during installation.
Perform these steps entirely offline until the AMD driver is applied.

Hello, thank you for your message. I tried the steps but the game still crashes. Could you share any other suggestions that might help?

I repeated the steps as requested. After removing the GPU driver with DDU, I used nvflash to update the BIOS onto the GPU. The provided BIOS file is available here: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/230547/230547.rom. The nvflash instructions can be found at https://techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-nvflash/. Follow the tutorial video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8maQUEbalQ. Run the commands with admin privileges, keep the nvflash files on C:, and proceed with the uninstallation and restart as instructed.

did you check for malware and viruses in your system as well, and could the game verify files option be enabled if it wasn’t? then try reinstalling the game.

Yes, I've tried again before, but it didn't succeed.
