I can’t comment on the exact value difference between motherboards, but I’ll treat them similarly and focus on the CPU side. To my view, a 3900XT exceeds $170 while a 10600KF is worth more, so I’d choose the latter. But if cash is urgent and that $170 matters to you now, the newer model should fit your needs.
