It seems you're checking the setup. Have you modified the fan curve in the BIOS? You might also want to take out the dust filter from the front panel and test it.

It seems I should check whether the MSI program is altering the BIOS configurations. I recall having a 3600 that was boosted using Dragon, and possibly the 3900x as well.
