Hey, you're thinking about getting a PC now and picking the R9 3900X since it's currently the cheapest (360 Euros). You're aware that the 4900X will arrive soon but might cost around 500-550 Euros when it launches, similar to the R9 3900X. You're also on a tight budget. What do you think—better wait or go with the R9 3900X? Also, note that the R9 3900X offers a 50 Euro cashback and free AC Valhalla.

If your budget is limited and you can get a Ryzen 9 from the Magicians Hat at a good deal, definitely consider it.

I anticipate the biggest boost from Zen 2 to Zen 3 will be seen in gaming speed. For you specifically, you’d receive the 3900X for €360.

Yeah, that's a great deal. It's still $399 here in the US.

I don't think the 3900x price will fall even lower when Zen 3 launches. If you're budgeting around 400 euros or less for a CPU right now and likely won't be able to match the Zen 3 cost, the 3900x remains a solid choice.
