For gaming the price difference between 3700, 3900 and 3950 won't matter much. Video editing does affect it, but if you're just starting out and not earning from it, it's probably not worth spending a lot. Consider getting the 3700x with 32GB RAM (two 16GB modules) and a 2080 graphics card.

Order the specifications: 3900x, 32GB RAM. You can always include two extra RAM sticks if needed.

Avoid wasting half your RAM by using it effectively. Design the system for 32 units and begin your tasks. If you notice RAM usage stays around 90%, consider upgrading to a new kit. It's straightforward to scale up.
