Hello, your friend recently set up his PC with a Ryzen 3900X and an MSI B450M MORTAR TITANIUM motherboard. When the machine powers on, it doesn’t boot. Has anyone noticed this issue? We looked at the cables, reinstalled the RAM, and performed a full system check. There might be something with the BIOS on the MSI B450M MORTAR TITANIUM. I also heard about possible CPU LED problems, but I’m not certain. The BIOS LED is currently on and glowing white.

Was die Anleitung mit einer BIOS-Version für Ryzen 3000 geliefert, oder muss sie aufgerüstet werden?

We can verify the situation and explore options for updating it. Since there’s no matching AM4 socket CPU available, we may need to adjust the approach or look for alternative solutions. Accessing the BIOS to make changes isn’t straightforward—consider checking compatible parts or contacting support for guidance.

I would contact a nearby computer repair shop. Some are offering it at no cost. The other option: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa...n-Boot-Kit

If the box lacks any mention of "Ryzen 3000 ready" or similar terms, the BIOS isn't up to date.

Hey team, we just finished a flash BIOS update. It wasn’t compatible with the Ryzen 3000.
