3900X and Asus VIII Hero latest BIOS version
Updated to the newest BIOS versions and saved the profile was lost. I created this setup about a year ago, but I don’t recall the precise BIOS configurations. Many tutorials exist, though some seem outdated or even conflicting. RIG: MB: ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Hero X570 CPU: 3900X MEM: G.Skill Trident Z Neo Series 4x16 3600 Cooler: Noctua NH-U12A My current BIOS settings are: VCore 1.22v Multiplier fixed at 42 XMP - 3600 Fabric - 1800 PPT - 300 TDC - 230 Windows: All latest chipset drivers Power plan - Ryzen Balance Cinebench R20 - 7380 So under hot summer conditions (30-32°C), it idles between 47-50 and reaches 80°C during stress tests with all cores at 4200. P.S. Ryzen Master displays a fixed VCore of 1.1 consistently. Are these settings accurate, or should there be an updated guide for approved configurations? I aim for a stable "creative mode" machine where all cores run smoothly around 4200. Thanks ahead.
