You don’t need to push it too hard, right? Just keep an eye on the temperatures. It’s actually pretty safe.

This behavior is typical. The CPU will increase its clock speed when required to perform tasks efficiently and reduce it when idle to conserve energy. There’s no need for it to run faster than necessary, as it adjusts automatically for optimal performance. Just understand it’s functioning as intended.
