I ran a manual overclock on all cores at 4.175ghz with 1.20v, then updated the BIOS. Now my cores are running between 4.375–4.405ghz but at lower voltages of 1.45–1.50v. It’s typical for overclocked systems to see reduced voltage to maintain stability. Long-term sustainability depends on cooling and power supply health, so monitor temperatures closely.

Ensure temperatures remain acceptable. Clarify the distinction between VID and vcore.

While running everything at full load, temperatures reach around 71°C during gameplay but drop to about 52°C afterward. After doing a full core overclock, the system stabilized at roughly 4.175 with 1.20V.

PBO shows stronger results, while Ryzen handles voltage changes smoothly, delivering better performance at higher voltages even when clock speeds remain identical.
