Hi! Your Ryzen 7 3700X running at 1.45-1.48V VDD is within typical operating ranges for that model. These voltages are common during stock performance, though some sources suggest fine-tuning might be needed for stability. It’s generally considered normal as long as you’re not planning to overclock. Thanks!

Idle voltage tends to be fairly high. Increase the load, such as running Cinebench R20, and observe the decrease.

Same board and processor have been used consistently. It has been running for more than a year with no issues, and pbo is enabled.

Check the idle clock speeds and temperatures via Task Manager. Perform a stress test and note the readings afterward. The voltage display shows a peak of 1.2V, but verify if it remains consistent during load conditions. Capture the voltage image when running the test.

I’d run Prime95 for about five minutes, capture the screen during execution, and then halt it.
