Idle voltage tends to be fairly high. Increase the load, such as running Cinebench R20, and observe the decrease.

Same board and processor have been used consistently. It has been running for more than a year with no issues, and pbo is enabled.

Check the idle clock speeds and temperatures via Task Manager. Perform a stress test and note the readings afterward. The voltage display shows a peak of 1.2V, but verify if it remains consistent during load conditions. Capture the voltage image when running the test.

Looking for a stress test tool? @Jake Likes Tech recommends using one to check your performance under load. Your idle clock speeds are noted—make sure they’re recorded accurately.

I’d run Prime95 for about five minutes, capture the screen during execution, and then halt it.
