I recently got my new 3080 after waiting a long time in line, but I'm facing some low frame rates in Warzone. Compared to my previous setup of 5700XT with 3700X, I was getting about 120-130fps at 1440p, whereas now my 3080 caps around 120fps, usually near 110fps. In-game GPU usage is about 75%, but when entering the Gulag it spikes to 100% and briefly hits 160fps, which matches what I expect from this model. My CPU stays around 60% usage, and there don’t seem to be any problems with the logical cores. I’ve tried several fixes: editing the adv_options file, reinstalling GPU drivers, confirming dual-channel RAM at 3600MHz, reinstalling the game entirely, and adjusting in-game settings—even with RTX, setting PC power mode to high performance didn’t help. I’ve also asked Nvidia support, but they’ve been unhelpful and just told me to change settings in their control panel. Others on the Nvidia forum suggested I might have a CPU bottleneck, though I’m unsure if an 8-core processor can handle this game. I’m not sure what else I can do or if it’s just a problem with the game I own.
