Downloaded Ryzen Master and observed one core acting erratically, fluctuating between 2.4GHz and 3.3GHz during folding. Launched with a 3700X, I’ve been gaming continuously until recently started experiencing this issue. My cooler is an NHD-15. Can I return or exchange this CPU?
