yeah i think it does however i think something happened to the nic portion of that board. not sure what happened to that part. the thing is i think the vrms on the aorus were bad i dont know if bad vrms can kill a cpu or not
Poor VRM designs aren’t strong enough to harm a CPU, yet faulty boards may cause total failure. Too little power delivery leads to overheating, reduced performance, or shutdown. A damaged VRM can ruin the entire system.
The 3700 X used with a Wraith Max cooler and Arctic Sliver 5 had decent airflow, though I’m still unsure why the CPU was acting up. I believe it might have been affected by some Arctic Silver 5 on the pins. I tried brushing the area clean, but I’m not confident the CPU is completely dead.
