I focus on speed rather than appearance unless you're aiming for a specific look. A 3600MHz frequency can help the CPU more than 3200MHz in certain situations. I recommend 3600MHz, though 3200MHz is also an option if you prefer.

This all comes down to what CPU you're using. The effective speed of each of these kits is very close, so it comes down to whether your processor values faster transfers or latency. If you're on Ryzen 3000 or newer, get the 3600MHz, since it would allow the infinity fabric to run at its optimal 1600MHz while maintailing 1:1:1 mode. If you're on Intel, you don't have to deal with the Infinity fabric, so getting either one of these kits is would result in very similar performance, if not identical. If you're on Ryzen 2000 or earlier, get the 3200MHz, since you probably can't run the 3600MHz anyway.
