Consider purchasing the 3300 now and upgrade later if necessary. Allocate the funds to the GPU and ensure a solid PSU is in place.

3600 could be preferable in 2-3 years compared to 3300X, though many new CPU generations will appear then. Bulldozer would likely become outdated soon after launch.
