Consider reinstalling the RAM. Try rearranging the slots, testing each stick individually to confirm it boots. It could be a controller problem instead—unexpected that they appear but don’t work.

I rearranged them and cleared the CMOS using a screwdriver. Now it displays just 8GB of RAM, wow!
