I've encountered similar situations before; some boards don't increase even when specifications claim support. Still, I wouldn't fully rely on TaskManager's RAM claims—checking CPU-Z might give you more reliable details.

Hello, I've got a Ryzen 5 3600 with four CPUs, each labeled as CMK16GX4M2B3200C16. I'll shut down the system and remove the modules to retrieve the version details soon.

I figured it out. Just had to reset the CMOS and voilà—full 32 GB running at 3200 speed.
