I've adjusted XMP settings by hand using the manufacturer's guidelines, but it still won't start. Please assist!

Configure XMP with a voltage of 1.35V. Adjust the frequency to 2666MHz and check for startup. If successful, restart and raise the frequency to 2733MHz, then verify again. Gradually boost the speed until you find the stable maximum. Rinse and repeat.

You shouldn't need to adjust those settings manually. Make sure no BIOS update is available. Once confirmed, update your BIOS, reset everything, and test XMP activation. If the problem continues, check the motherboard manufacturer site to verify compatibility of your RAM. If not compatible, return them for a supported replacement kit.
