The cost gap is noticeable. The exact kits differ by model—CAS is one of the less critical timings, while tRCD plays a bigger role in performance for XMP standards. I’m planning to use it in this project.

There are many other RGB kits in the 3200MT/s CL16-18-18-38 range that offer similar performance at a lower cost, so you could save a bit more without sacrificing much.
