Isn't an 1650 significantly superior to a Ryzen integrated graphics and more affordable? Many PC aficionados have limited budgets, which makes this another compelling choice. The B350 or A320 boards are even more budget-friendly options.

The B350 or A320 motherboard needs a BIOS update when using a Ryzen 3000 series processor. Check the motherboard specifications, as not all boards support this chipset. Many B450 models are compatible with Ryzen 3000 processors. You can add a GPU card, but wait—Ryzen 3200G offers strong performance for full HD video and some older titles. For 4K streaming, consider the 3400G model. Based on your usage, you might skip a dedicated graphics card if you mainly stream video; dual-channel RAM (two 4GB sticks) is recommended instead of one 8GB stick. If only streaming, a regular GPU may suffice. My laptop’s Intel iGPU (Intel Graphics 4400) works fine. A touch screen monitor would be costly compared to a standard display. I don’t have much info on this, so please forgive any confusion. By the way, have you thought about an all-in-one system like the Dell Inspiron 3000? Some include touch screens, though they limit upgrade options (you can still add RAM and storage).

The price of 1650 isn't worth it compared to other options, even though it performs worse than the RX 570. It doesn't offer good value at all.

For a 3200g build, consider upgrading to a 3400g configuration since it might offer a bit more performance compared to the 1030. Opt for a 2x8GB RAM package with 3000 or 3200MHz speeds.

When gaming isn't happening, this Athlon 3000G with built-in graphics is more than sufficient.

The 3200g employs Zen+ architecture, while all AMD APUs utilize older manufacturing processes.

Zen+ APUs don’t use the same microcode as Zen+ CPUs. Older B450 boards only work with newer BIOS versions than their original ones, because B450 came with support for Zen+ CPUs. For example, the 3000 series supports Zen+ with the latest BIOS, while the 2000 series works with an older version. Also, the Asus B450-F shows better compatibility with certain architectures than the first BIOS did. It’s strange how much this depends on the CPU design and BIOS updates.
