Review the bios section, then navigate to advanced settings and choose XMP 1. With recent Agesa (bios) releases, basic mode appears to behave unexpectedly. This problem also occurred with a B550 earlier.

XMP isn't available for Intel chips. It seems you can't locate an XMP profile in the memory settings. You might want to check your BIOS updates first.

The crashes are preventing the system from starting because of memory issues after the recent installation. It seems the RAM instability is causing the boot process to fail.
