I come from console... I recently played a series X and enjoyed Warzone. It was obvious.
I purchased a 3080 to enhance my gaming experience... but I still struggle to spot enemies 20-50 meters away—they appear blurry or washed out. Even distant enemies aren’t visible unless they fire first, and then I just shoot back from where the bullets are coming from.
I’ve tried absolutely everything.
My monitor is an ASUS 240Hz model, and I can’t explain why the issue persists even with multiple monitors.

What resolution are you using, is it the monitor's native setting?
Which game configuration are you using (Low/Medium/High)?
What is the field of view adjustment?
Is the GPU driver current?
Are other games functioning properly?

1920x1080 and yes.
I tested from the lowest to highest settings.
I tried the lowest field of view then increased it.
Yes, it works.

I haven't played any other games because I'm only into Warzone.

Well, playing Warzone at 1080p on a 3080 is quite low, but that’s another issue altogether. When you played on the Series X, did it offer a higher resolution? I’m not very familiar with Warzone’s settings, but I enjoy Cold War & Vanguard. I own these titles on both the Series X and PC, which run at 3080 and 1440p. Even with 4K on the Series X, the PC version at 1440p (without Ray Tracing) appears much sharper and helps spot enemies from farther away. I’d expect Warzone to perform similarly.

Random idea, have you experimented with another Display Port or HDMI cable? It's a bit of a stretch, but worth trying.

Warzone is essentially leading the way now.
On series x i I was using the same 1080p monitor, but it was completely clear.
I understand that a 3080 for 1080p is unnecessary, yet even with the highest resolution I still see blur.

I’d attempt a new GPU driver install with DDU to clear the existing driver. I’d also try a fresh game setup. It’s tough to pinpoint this as a hardware issue, so it probably relates to software, drivers, or settings.
It would be useful to test another game. If you own a Game Pass Ultimate or can try it, Gears 5 would be a good choice to evaluate on both PC and Series X.

I don’t think so unless you claim the picture is worse, then there’s an issue.
