I purchased the t-force delta rgb 3000mhz RAM, but it continues at 2400mhz. I've already configured the XMP profile. My motherboard is an ASRock B450 Steel Legend. Are there any other steps I should take besides adjusting the XMP settings?
I refreshed the latest BIOS update. Also, I’m not sure how to check RAM speed using Cpuz.
Multiple XMP profiles could exist, and the initial one may not be the 3000MHz version.
Switch slots, turn off XMP and adjust the frequency manually to verify.
I've explored different options but none worked. I'm unsure about manual settings. Would you like a tutorial video suggestion?
Turn off XMP and revert to default settings if this kit contains everything you require. For other kits, locate the necessary information.
Sure, just focus on the frequency—set it to 3000MHz and let the rest take care of itself. That should cover it. Thanks!
Voltage needs to be set at 1.35V, but timing matters for achieving full speed. If XMP provides a profile, use it; otherwise, you'll need to adjust manually unless you have the specific settings.
