What components do you require? If we're building a full PC, perhaps even adding a display and mouse, then look for a refurbished i7 2700K on eBay that might come with a screen and accessories. Allocate the rest of your budget to a used GPU, but remember the power supply must support it. Someone should really combine these threads together!
