Having trouble configuring a second monitor on my new build and thinking I've exhausted all possibilities. Running on an AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT GPU with one HDMI port and three display ports available.
- I've connected both screens using the same HDMI cable and they function separately.
- I've experimented with a display port cable on each monitor individually, cycling it through each port.
- Restarted after connection and double-checked all connections.
- I also tried a VGA cable, but that only works with the motherboard and requires another system to run—remembered that setup needs more than just my PC.
- I opened AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition as suggested on a Reddit thread; they recommended disabling AMD Crossfire and enabling clone, but those options aren't available in my version.
- The software confirms all drivers are current with no pending updates, and Windows updates are also up to date.
- I attempted to clear or reset the AMD Adrenalin Shader Cache, following advice from a Reddit user.
Confused. Any suggestions?

Is there a possibility the display port cable you possess is faulty? If my understanding is correct, you are currently using just one display port cable.

Hey thanks for the update. I had 2 x HDMI and 1 x display port, all working properly on the same computers as my work PC (which is different from the new build). Luckily, I found the PC model and downloaded a driver for that specific screen, which solved the issue! We can definitely say we won this.
