You haven't developed it yet, so benchmarks aren't available yet. I'm hesitant to accept that a dual-core processor can handle Witcher 3 at 1080p with high or ultra settings. Also, skipping the case and SSD for a better power supply and a 250GB HDD might be a good idea. Games like Witcher 3 and Windows tend to consume a lot of storage space quickly.
Minimum specs for the game:
Processor – Intel i5-2500K at 3.3GHz or AMD Phenom II X4 940
RAM – 6 GB
Operating System – 64-bit Windows 7 or 8 (8.1)
Graphics – Nvidia GTX 660 or AMD Radeon HD 7870
Storage – 40 GB available space
It delivers around the expected frame rate with 1080p low settings. The system needs a quad-core processor, and the A6-5400K won’t suffice.
11 fps will be tough, and 480p will be quite poor too. Even at 30 on low in Witcher, you might think about tweaking things instead of buying new ones. Used parts are usually a safer choice.
