But it doesn't make sense since OP has an excellent mobo in the X570 Aorus Master, he should be ready for Ryzen 4xxx when it comes out. Going Intel would mean he has to get rid of his mobo and go for whatever Intel mobo that supports the latest Intel. More practical to keep his present CPU + mobo and wait for the Ryzen 4xxx instead (which is my recommendation to the OP). Either go big now, Ryzen 3900X at least, or wait for Ryzen 4xxx.....as for the RAM, it maybe be possible to OC the RAM to 3200MHz (really depends on modules used though).

As mentioned before, the 3900x would offer a solid performance boost, but the 2700x remains a solid choice right now. The anticipation for next year's AMD releases might make it more appealing. Still, if you're eager, the 3900x is definitely a great processor.
It's interesting that someone proposed switching from the x590 AMD line to Intel. Personally, I've been an Intel enthusiast for 18 years, assembling all my builds with Intel components... until about six months ago when I learned about AMD's developments. While it's a matter of taste, I believe Intel offers better value for your investment. I own the X470/2700X and am very pleased with its performance. My friend, keep going with AMD—there are more exciting options coming from them than Intel does right now.

I've owned the 3900X and currently have the 3700X and 3950X. For streaming and gaming they perform quite similarly. It really comes down to your specific needs beyond just gaming and high-core-count CPU use. I'm not fully convinced that 6-8 cores are necessary for gaming; people often do more than just play. For me, it's about balancing cost and expectations. If you can afford the 3900X and believe it won't significantly boost performance over existing models, consider investing in faster RAM, a better GPU (either now or later), or additional M.2 NVMe storage.
