I'm working with limited funds and evaluating RAM and motherboards. The CPU I picked is the Intel i5 9600KF, which can run up to 2666MHz, but the board I'm considering supports only 2133MHz or XMP. My concern is whether it's safe to use 2666MHz RAM with that setup. Are there any risks or wear on components? Here are the links you provided for reference.

Avoid purchasing the 9600K. It doesn't justify the cost compared to the R5 3600, which performs better overall. The Ryzen processor also handles heat more efficiently, consumes less power, and offers stronger security features.
