There was an issue, I believe. Initially, only black screens appeared to show my CPU lacked sufficient voltage, followed by a black screen, then the Blue Screen of Death, and finally the PC restarted.
There are many reasons for black screens beyond insufficient voltage. Your overclock may not be stable. The 1.4 volts you're seeing has already exceeded the maximum safe level for your CPU—don't go higher. It's usually better to stay around 1.38 or even lower, as that might strain your motherboard's VRMs. Begin with 1.36 or 1.35 and observe the results. How are you testing the stability of your overclock?
I'm running tests with intense games or Furmark's CPU stress tool. Currently at 4.1 GHz, around 1.35 volts or higher, and everything is working smoothly.
You can also get a lot out of Ryzen with improving Ram ( speed and timings ) if you need. Current Overclock sounds decent, as long as you dont get any of the above mentioned problems anymore you should be fine. If it happens again i might clear Cmos and start from scratch ^^ PS: I always like to squeeze in a little Cinebench R20 to test cause it goes really hard on the CPU and shows how the temperatures will behave.
