Hey there, newbie! Your ASRock A300 Mini is set up with 2400g RAM instead of the 3400g you thought you'd get. Since you saw a good deal on 2400g SODIMM, it should work fine. Just make sure your system's speed limit stays at 2900 MHz or less, otherwise it might not boot properly. Cheers!
As it's based on A300 chipset (which limits the maximum frequencies and limits overclocking) the maximum will be probably 2933 mhz. You CAN buy 3200 or 3600 Mhz SO-DIMM sticks, but there's small chance they'll work at frequencies higher than 2933 Higher frequency sticks will run at lower frequencies perfectly fine.
