You might be able to purchase Skyrim for that price, but check for a Steam discount before making a purchase.

It varies based on your interests, previous purchases, and current promotions. If I had to recommend something currently available at a discount—worth the money? Bit Trip Runner 2. It's being offered at 66% off, which means $5, not the lowest price yet, but still a solid deal and definitely worth considering. It's one of my top indie titles from the past five years, and you'll still have some credits remaining.
