I was curious about the potential gains from a 7600K build using 212X with 5 fans and a solid CPU. Could I realistically reach around 4.5?

turbo is at 4.2 on the chip, therefore 4.5 should be achievable.

You'll be fine. 4.5 is a decent OC for the 7600K and won't push your thermals too much. If you see high temps then adjust your fan curve to compensate. That's the beauty of PWM fans.
